Three years ago the word 'Qi' - and more importantly, the reality - had no meaning for me whatsoever. Through the leadership and example of John Ailstock, I gave it a try and attended a short workshop where I practised this modern, yet ancient, energy realisation method. I found that millions (maybe billions) of Chinese people over millennia had been attending to a reality that found a home with me.
Over the last few years, John has been an inspiration and guide to pursuing deep spiritual truths.

Living Into the Future
In my blogs I have been talking about the issue of the transformation and expansion of our lives. As I have said in order to live a meaningful, empowered, and expanded life every person needs to know why they are here on earth (purpose); they need a sense of where they are going (vision); they need a vital connection of their daily life with their purpose and vision; and, finally the spiritual power that is lying latent and dormant within them has to be unleashed.

I was reading an article from a musician and he was talking about a state of being that musicians find very desirable. I am not a musician, but I have read and heard this state described as one where the music and the musician become one. It is a state of extreme creativity, and musicians describe this state as being very peaceful, blissful, joyful, ecstatic, and effortless as the music just seems to flow through them. Musicians say that it is like the music is playing itself - it just flows effortlessly flow through them.

PURPOSE DRIVES ACTION
Human being have unlimited potential for creativity, to live lives of accomplishment, joy and personal fulfillment. Unfortunately, most people never even strive to realize their potential much less come any where near realizing it. They do not know where they want to go, how to get there or what they want to achieve in this life. Why is that?
